We are well aware that no two clients are the same. That’s why we have adopted the intelligent implementation process.


It’s quite simple really. Once you sign up, we will provide you, through the web app, some FTP credentials.

You simply configure your workflow to send us a bunch of jobs, at whatever status you require AI coverage of, and we start to learn from those files.


How many files? I guess somewhere between 250 and 500. The more files we get, the more patterns we can identify and learn. This can take just a week or two.


What happens next? Well, if you provide us with say your top 10 most frequently asked questions, we will be able to present those pre-configured back to you via the app and the dashboard. 


We are also likely to present back to you any other questions which we think are important to start building up your responses to your clients.


How do you configure the personality? Well it’s all in the admin dashboard. We allow you to configure salutations, answer responses, ‘Hey Dave, your shipment is due tomorrow’. You can afford to be humorous if you like, it depends on your relationships with your customers. We do have some defaults in place, which are all ‘SFW’, so you don’t have to worry about that just yet.


Is there a community? Yes, you can speak to and discuss with other client administrators. Not just business owners. I think you will find having the ability to network with industry peers is invaluable. We also engage on the threads and help drive solutions and some conversation too.
